Contract Formation
No contract shall subsist between you and RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time www.roadrunner-autoparts.co.uk sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.

Pricing
"List Price" - any "list price" used on this Site represents the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.

"Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.

You "Save" - all references to your "savings" on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the "list price" excluding the VAT calculation.

Delivery
We will dispatch your order within normal working hours the same business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 12pm (noon). If your order is received after 12pm (noon), we will dispatch the order the next working day within normal working hours. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, if for any reason your order has not arrived within this time period, we will investigate it with the courier. If your order has not arrived at 30 days from purchase date, you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund or ask for it to be re-sent.

EU Member Countries
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria (from Jan 1st 2007), Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania (from Jan 1st 2007), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
The countries listed above are members of the European Union and must pay V.A.T. @ 17.5%.
V.A.T-free orders must be delivered to an address outside the EU.
Orders from non-EU residents to be delivered within the EU do not qualify.

Import Duty
Customers who live in non European Union countries may be liable for import duty. Please check with your local customs department if you are in doubt. We do not offer refunds on packages returned as a result of failure to pay the import duty or taxes.

Communication
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.

Returns
Orders can be returned to us for a full refund within 20 days after the purchase. RoadRunner Autoparts Ltd will not pay for postage costs for returned orders.
